FAQ
My data isn't syncing between devices.
Check that iCloud is enabled (Settings → your name → iCloud) and that the app is on under Apps using iCloud. The first sync can take a few minutes.
I lost my data.
Uninstalling the app removes the local copy, but your iCloud copy is still there. Reinstall and sign in with the same Apple ID — everything returns.
I bought Pro but the app doesn't unlock it.
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. This only works while signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.
I want to cancel my subscription.
Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles this, not us.
HomeKeep
If the nameplate scanner doesn't read brand/model, make sure the label is well-lit and the text is sharp. You can always enter manually and fill in later. Recalls are fetched daily in the background from the EU Safety Gate and appear under More → Recalls.
Beekeeper
Varroa thresholds follow the season. If you're in the southern hemisphere, set hemisphere under More → Settings.
Reefkeeper
The Hanna scanner needs good light and a steady hand. Read the number from the checker's display, not from the reagent itself.
